Overall

i loved singapore....very hot - was there in june, however, it is very very clean and you feel safe. it can be quite expensive, however, found a great hotel, the Robertson Quay. Not great rooms - very small, however, very clean and the staff go out of their way to assist. It was a central location for a three week vacation. A second class train ticket from singapore to kuala lumpur cost $29 usd per person. You can take a ferry from Singapore to one of the Indonesian Islands - that was great. Would I recommend it - sure will. In fact, thinking of going back again.
