There are many places of interest I can go to:S'pore Discovery Centre,S'pore Science Centre,Chinatown... ...You say it, I've been to it!The weather is not bad and the streets are spick&span!Singapore is truly a SUPER place to live in!!!(Tourists,get ready to queue up for the flight to Singapore!The sooner,the better!)

The food is so expensive in Singapore! Everything is sold out under so expensive prices! We even had to pay for the bus fare!Singapore government shouldn't make people pay for their bus fare. Bus rides should be free like they are in Australia!

i loved singapore....very hot - was there in june, however, it is very very clean and you feel safe. it can be quite expensive, however, found a great hotel, the Robertson Quay. Not great rooms - very small, however, very clean and the staff go out of their way to assist. It was a central location for a three week vacation. A second class train ticket from singapore to kuala lumpur cost $29 usd per person. You can take a ferry from Singapore to one of the Indonesian Islands - that was great. Would I recommend it - sure will. In fact, thinking of going back again.

From the time we touched down in the plane to the minute we took off back home, the friendliness of the Singapore people was heartfelt. The roads and streets of Singapore are also incredibly clean and though there's alot of highrise bulidings, there's also lot of trees and nature around. The shopping here was good but Orchard Road (a long, long, long road just for shopping) could get incredibly packed on the weekends. The food and culture was a delight. I partically liked the Chicken Rice and the dessert called Ice Kachang. Another reason it's so beautiful is because of the multi racial society. On one road there's a Christian Church and just around the bend is a Buddist Temple or a Muslim Mosque. They all live in harmony and in peace with each other. The weather was cool with occasional showers. Sometimes it did get as hot as the Hawaiian Summers but it was barable.

Singapore is a small city but everything there is built by Singaporeans with planning and hard work. I personally have visited this city-state three times and loved it each time. Where else on earth can you find people so diligent, friendly, law-abiding? For those travellers who seek cheap thrills, wet t-shirt contests, bars, and night clubs...stay where you are as Singapore isn't for trailer trash.
