(Report Problem)For Brits, this place is a prime exemplar of the principle that you haven't tasted Indian food until you've tasted it in India. We were attending our son's wedding and our in-laws took our entire party here. It's an informal bar/bistro style place and the food is superb. The staff are friendly and attentive and happy to explain to us ignorant Brits what each dish comprises. I can't really rate the 'value' as we were not allowed to see the bill, but the menu prices looked very reasonable by western standards.

(Report Problem)The restaurant Punjabi By Nature in Delhi charges RS 1800 plus taxes for a bottle of Indian wine which costs Rs 470 in the market. So beware of what you order....the food is not that great to justify such high premiums. You will be better of else where.

(Report Problem)The food is a little expensive but great. Would come to about Rs. 500 per person on average without drinks. The ambiance is good to take people out. I usually don't tip if service charge is included in the bill, which it was and the service was OK, but nothing phenomenal. What really ticked me off was the waiter, when he came to pick our bill, checked the folder to see whether I had tipped. When he realized, I hadn't, he took the signed credit card receipt away and slammed the empty folder back on the table. What a great way to end! I am definitely not going back. Unless the management takes note and gives the wait staff some attitude training.
