Restaurant L'Exaequo Nimes
If you are in Nimes, you must go to Restaurant L'Exaequo (www.exaequorestaurant.fr). It is French fusion and was the best meal I had in France. The food, presentation and atmosphere are on par with the top restaurants in New York City. Also, the wine list is extraordinary, there is a vast selection of wines from the best vineyards throughout France.
