Overall
Winnipeg is an undervalued, underreported, beautiful, interesting city. Go here if you want to take in cultural events for a long weekend for a fraction of the price and all of the quality of Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver. Yes, it's cold in the winter, but when you can watch the ballet or listen to the symphony for $15.00, who cares?
