Avoid Tabarca

I would strongly warn travelers to avoid Tabarca in Spain. The island is crawling with beatles and discarded trash, but that is the least of your worries. The islanders set out to get money and will cheat. They pretend not to understand what you order in restaurants and give you more expensive items. They tell you the wrong times for the boats off the island, forcing you to stay longer. The ferries themselves do not keep to scheduled times. All in all, a racketeering island.
