Be careful, the excelent one is the Tower
The Tower is excellent in rooms, sharing all the other good stuff with the standard sheraton (rooms not very good)

Great customer service!
Located in one of Santiago's exclusive areas, the Sherarton would satisfied any traveller with their impecable custumer service. From the lobby counter to the pool, the hotel staff would always have a great smile and answers to all your questions. The rooms are confortable (king size bed on standard rooms) with an impecable decor. Other great features of the hotel are the gym and a complete business center.
