Cancun-Sheraton
Stayed here two years ago in September. Had great time. Oceanfront room was nice. Enjoyed beach & pool. Service was excellent. Had great breakfast buffet daily. Especially enjoyed dinner one night at restaurant near pool. Had 15% discount off food tab charged to room. Would go back in a heartbeat and have repeatedly recommended to friends. The location is centrally located for walking and public transport.

LOUD!!!!!
My boyfried and I stayed at the Sheraton in the summer of 2001. The hotel and pool were filled with high school/middle school kids who constantly sang and clapped their hands throughout the hotel from 10:00 am till 4:00 am. Our room was also less than nice. Second floor, right by the elevator (more noise) with a beautiful view of the lobby`s black tar roof and a broken TV and lamp. Restaurants were pricey. On the positive side, the location of the hotel was great. Right across the street from a nice shopping plaza with good and cheaper places to eat and some good nightlife as well. The travel agent in the lobby was also very helpful. However, I think that there are much better choices than this particular hotel.

perfect location
I`ve stayed in this hotel 2 years in a row and it is just one of the nicest, cleanest, prettiest hotels i`ve stayed in down there. The ocean side view of the beach from the pool is just amazing and the hammock garden is fabulous!They have a wonderful staff who really knows how to make you feel welcome! Would definitely stay there again!

Sheraton was Breathtaking.
I`m from New York and travel alot.My travel agent suggested this hotel,at a very good deal.I jumped at the price, not figuring that it would be this nice.Do stay in the Towers,the newer section,ocean view.My room was on the 7th floor.I was traveling with my son who is 20, he flipped , the view was worth the long trek from JFK.We threw on on suits and jumped in the water.The hotel is spotless,clean,lovely.Centrally located near everything you could possibly want.La Isla Mall directly across the street.The bus stops right in front of the Hotel,which is 6 pesos.Stay at the Sheraton Cancun,your`ll love it.But don`t skimp out $$$$ stay in the Towers.
