We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite in the towers. This was very nice. We were traveling with another couple and this allowed us two seperate rooms with doors. One side had a kitchen with a murphy bed, the other had a king bed. I would highly recommend this. Make sure to stay in the towers, each room has a balcony to view the beautiful sunset!!! We have also stayed at the Premiere, also a wonder hotel.

I do not like the high presure Time share but just keep walking and say no if you are not interested. I have always loved the people there. They are just rebounding from a class 5 hurricane in which they were down for 2 years, We own there so it has been an inconveince to us but hey imagine what they have gone though. Ask for more bedding and pillows and if you need a anything ask or go down to the concierge. People it's Mexico!!! We love it

The pillows were flat and the bed only had a sheet and blanket. When we asked for a bedspread when our room was finally cleaned at 4:00 pm, they brought another blanket. Beach vendors stand on the property line and when you attempt to visit the ocean on the rocky beach, you are bombarded by these vendors. The bar's had poor service and the breakfast buffet was poor and very overpriced. The high pressure time share salesman are place right outside the elevators to get you coming and going. The discounts for tours they offer are no discounts. Book directly with the excursion companys. Staff tolerable but not overfriendly. Would not reccomend.

Just returned from a great week PV. We usually stayed at the Fiesta Americana but due to the Travelocity 5 star rating we gave the Sheraton a try. This is not a 5 star hotel. I would rate it at 3+: Here are the reasons. There are almost no non-smoking rooms available. We had requested one but all rooms we were offered smelled of smoke and had ashtrays. The rooms are sparce (no clock)with the decor from another era. The AC worked but could not keep up with the heat. The room was done once per day no bed turn downs in the evening, (Any 5 star does this ) Pillows were poor, mattresses okay. The hotel would not change US currency???? The pool was great with perfect water temps all week. Ripoffs abound with excursion sales, be careful here. No functional business services were available but the location to downtown is wonderful. All in all know that the hotel is just okay, Puerto Vallarta is great, but next time the Marriott will get my Pesos. Be careful the Time-Share pressure is heavy especially upon arrival. JUST SAY NO.

We enjojed our stay at the SHERATON BOUGANVILIAS RESORT in Puerto Vallarta. Our room was clean and comfortable. The resort itself was quite lovely with beautiful grounds and a nice beach area. The pool bar served interesting and fun cocktails and the bartender was always ready to suggest something new. The location is perfect, a short walking distance to town and fairly close to the airport. A trip to Puerto Vallarta would not be complete without a vistit to Timari, a wonderful restaurant in town where the food and service were top notch. I would definitly return to the Sheraton.

The Sheraton is a great hotel to stay at in Puerta Vallarta. It has everything you could want, at reasonable prices, with a nice staff and great location on the strip of beach there. It`s wonderful if you like to play tennis and has a nice facility for tennis.
