Poor Experience and bad customer service

I was a loyal travelodge customer. I never had any reason to not book with them, but not anymore. I have a customer services issue that they would not accept, in fact their customer services was down right disgraceful. A fter some investigation it became apparent to me how extreme Travelodge are with regard to poor customer services, you need only look at their T and Cs to see what I mean. Already booked for October !

This is the best Travelodge I have stayed in so far. Location excellent : it is right round the corner from the Royal Mile. Cleanliness- a very high standard. Service - extremely helpful staff. Value - excellent ( especially when we got it for £15 per night in April ). We have been to this Travelodge twice now and couldn't wait to book for October. There is so much to see and do in Edinburgh ( a lot of it free; museums etc ). In fact it is so good that if a great deal came up on the internet we would book without hesitation and fit in a trip round the date ! Couldn't praise this hotel high enough !
