i love this hotel...

very clean and very elegant. I loved the landscape and the main entry to the hotel.. The rooms are very nice and the staff are very friendly.... I was very pleased!!!

great, comfortable hotel

This is a great hotel in a good location on the strip, easy access to other major hotels by monorail. Rooms were big and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Pool area is fantastic for a hotel with its own lazy river! You do have to walk a fair distance around the hotel but then thats what its like in the rest of Vegas too!! Would recommend the buffet too!

Outstanding pool!

The pool area is the best in Vegas -- beautifully laid out and landscaped, plentiful chairs, available wait staff, etc. The walk to the pool is a bit long, but not terrible. The hotel rooms are very nice and there are lots of very good restaurants. There aren't many lower $ (minimum) tables (for those who like to lose money more slowly), but there are other options that are close by.

Loved it !!!!

We stayed Easter Week. Las Vegas and the MGM was very busy. Our room was close to the elevators. We never had to wait. Room was very clean and we loved the extra huge towels. The motel was fun and we did not have to wait long for anything. Everyone was polite and helpful. Enjoyed the convenience of the Monorail. The pool is a little far away and they could have more chairs. We would definately recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

MGM IS GRAND!

WE HAVE STAYED AT MGM TWICE NOW, AND PLAN ON STAYING THERE THE NEXT TIME THAT WE GO. THEIR SERVICE IS SUPERB, AND ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES THERE ARE CHEERY AND FRIENDLY TO YOU. WE LOVE THE BUFFET THERE. AND WHO CARES ABOUT "PRICY"? HEY IT'S VEGAS, BABY! THAT IS WHAT VEGAS IS THERE FOR! OUR MONEY ! AND WE ARE THERE FOR THE PLEASURES OF VEGAS! SO, WHEN YOU GO, DON'T ROB YOURSELF! HAVE FUN! IT'S AMERICA'S LARGEST ADULT PLAYGROUND! WENT SKYDIVING IN BOULDER CITY WHILE I WAS THERE TOO! WHAT A GREAT TIME!

MGM UNGRAND- NEVER AGAIN EVEN IF FREE!

Visited the hotel on 3/21/05- attempted to check in at 8:30 pm was told that no rooms where available and to check back @ 11 PM. 11pm comes and goes. After many guests at the check in where waiting for rooms; security is called to take voluntary statements and intimidate would be clients. Only got a room @ 12:30 am. What a dump. No service and less than 5 hours of sleep. This hotel is a smoke filled pit. Keep the hotel, keep vegas; I will keep my money and visit places that actually like customers- like the third world.

BABEFEST!!!!

There is no place like Vegas. Rooms were nice, Hotel nice. Room service good. They have much to choose from. Nice tropical safari bar with cool chairs. Studio 54 called this home and it was a total BABEFEST. The dance floor was happening and the $100 handshake worked its charm. The line was long and $100 put me and the boys VIP. I lost my cell and the bartender at the mini bar underneath the Big Screens in the main ballroom had it. I called, she picked up and said, yes, we have your cell. I got it back. People that complain about it being crowded or busy, come on its VEGAS BABY. I stayed from the day after christmas till January 3. It doesn't get any busier than that.

Would stay again.

The hotel was very comfortable. Only wish the location was a little more central on the strip.
