We loved it there
Wonderful place to go. The best I have stayed at in Cancun, BY FAR. We will be going back next year and the next and the next. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and the place is clean. Great hotel for singles, couples, and families.

My confort zone in Cancun
Wonderful service! Great staff! Friendly faces! A breakfast buffet worth getting up for! And that wonderful beachfront bar!!!!

The staff at the Omni were very friendly & helpful. Service was second to none. One of the best places I have ever stayed at.

Great Place
I liked the fact that it had the largest room of any hotel I'd ever stayed in. It was lovely.

Look No Further
i really enjoyed this hotel. i stayed there last august and i am returning in may. this hotel is the greatest. i have stayed elsewhere in cancun, but the omni is the best. they have the best beach (i personally love the palapas and how the staff serves you food and drinks on the beach), they also have the best service. in addition, they also serve top-shelf liquor which is great...really enjoyed it. the food is wonderful too. room service is fast. we had breakfast served to us every morning and it was good. since i am a beach person, i must say the beach was the greatest and it wasn't really crowded it was, however, very quiet and relaxing. if you stay here, you won't be disappointed. the rooms were somewhat small, but whatever...we were only in there to change clothes and sleep. i never smelled mold...ever. people shouldn't nit-pick. but all in all this is a GREAT hotel.

ILL BE BACK NEXT WINTER WITH ABOUT 6 COUPLES
Well i work for the airline and have been to cancun 7 times and till now it was ok.I stayed at other hotels that just didnt have it.Now at the omni i cant get over the food the service and the people knowing your name when going to lunch,dinner,and just at the bars.And to there italian restaurent is was perfect and im italian and its like going to some of the best restaurent in montreal.I would go back and eat there everynight.thanks for the service and staff .PERFECT

JUST PERFECT!!!!!
i love the omni hotel i have been staying there since i was 1 year old..... its a great way to spend yoiur vacation...... and you get great service and the most incredible ocean view!!!! the beach is very clean and the water is sparkly blue!! i really recomend it ive been going for 14 years and still not bored of not happy with !!! STAY AT THE OMNI HOTEL !!!!! ITS THE BEST HOTEL IN CANCUN.... and also there are daily activities and nightly events that the hotel organizes that makes your stay even more funn !!!!!!

yuck
Moldy smell around hotel /saw lifeguard reading book, local cop taking a siesta. puerto morales hotels much cheaper and better.

WANT TO GO BACK
I LOVE CANCUN-I ALWAYS STAY AT THE OMNI-PEOPLE ARE REALLY NICE AND ALWAYS FRIENDLY-THE SERVICE IS REALLY GOOD-AND SO IS THE FOOD-WOULD RECOMMEND IT .
