Amazing Everything!
We went in 2001 and are returning this year. I would recommend getting the Bed & Breakfast pkg. The food is amazing and it's a great deal. Then enjoy the food and beverage service while you relax by the beach. The staff prepares your lounge chair and carries you towels. After you come in from the ocean they will bring you a chilled towel to wipe the saltwater from your face. We like to go in May or October. The rates are better and there is less people. If you want the top notch is luxury and service and don't mind spending a bit more...you get what you pay for at this hotel. We also got sucked into the free rental car when you "tour" the Vacation ownership properties...don't do it! They are very pushy in Cancun and we had to almost fight our way out of the sales pitch room. It just made us appreciate the Ritz even more. The Ritz is 10 times nicer than any other resort there. Worth Every penny.

Awesome
Unbeliveable, one of the best in the world. Service is outstanding, top notch. The resort is beautiful and very elegant, with european touches. The beach it is situated on is pure white sands. Cool pool, great kids club. Our room was out of this world. A corner suite with 3 balconies, a huge bathroom, bedroom and living room with another bathroom. The price was very reasonable, but the food is really expensive. A bit out of the way, but you never need to live this lap of luxury!!

The Ritz Carlton Cancun - highly recommended
The Ritz in Cancun is wonderfully situated on a beautiful beach with clear
turquoise waters and white sands - definitely the best part of our stay in
Cancun.
We spent a week in July 2004 at the hotel and found the
service to be outstanding. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We
stayed in a deluxe ocean view room that lived up to its promise with
sweeping views and a balcony overlooking the water.
Overall, I
highly recommend this hotel.

exceptional service for a beautiful place
the hotel is beautiful, but most of all, the people and their customer service is exceptional. I will recommend them to anybody who wants to be pampered on their vacation.
