Hotel Margaritas: Reviews

GREAT HOLIDAY

Just returned from our holiday at Margarita, we stayed at Hesperia Isla Margarita, rooms were spacious and clean with hairdryer in room, pool towels provided and bottled water lest in rooms. The food was really good always a good variety to choose from. The people in and out of th hotel were really friendly and always helpful. While in Margarita we took two trips with marcos tours and had a great time, we did a snorkeling trip which was very good and also a island tour, he took us to a number of beaches and different sights we would recomend you did this in the first few days then you can re-visit them if you wish. Marcos speaks good english so you can understand. don't stay in this hotel

the staffs are unfriendly and never smile. they just looking at you when you walk in and out. the location of this hotel is very noisy at night because the local bars play the music so loud that you can not sleep until 4am that is when they closed. this is my first time to come to cancun and i have no information about this hotel. if i come to cancun again, i will pay more to stay in a better hotel in the "hotel zone".

Margaritas Hotel

I disagree with the guy from Texas. I found the staff not only helpful....but very friendly as well certainly not rude.Although their food could use improvement there was many many places to eat great food all around. And although not near the beach you can be shuttled to the beach everyday with full use of another hotels services while you are there. (To the guy from Texas....you can not expect to be in a 4 star hotel when you book econo....... Kathleen from Toronto, Canada

Rude Staff!!!!!!

This is just a quick review so that others will know what to expect when they stay at this hotel. I found the staff to be very rude. For example, when I ate at the hotels horrible restuarant the staff did nothing but stare the whole time I was having dinner. Despite what the ad says, this hotel is nowhere near the beach. If I was given the opportunity to go back to Cancun I would definetly fork out the extra money to stay at a nice hotel located near the beach.
