We'll go back.
I liked the fact you could take your time throughout the museum. The employees were friendly when we had questions about exhibits. I, however, found that the hands-on exhibits were very crowded and some exhibits were broken. We still enjoyed ourselves.

There was so much to see. The museum, it's restaurant, and even the bathrooms were spotless. The many different exhibits were great, there was something for everyone.

(Report Problem)Going downhill?
We visited the Fernbank about a year ago and thought it was a fairly good
museum. However, we recently re-visited the museum and found many of the
exhibits were broken! Inside the museum there is a "hands-on"
area where you can see optical illusions and do many different things,
however, a LOT of these were broken. And, simple things like a light bulb
being burnt out, or a tv screen not coming on. It's a sad day when the
toilets work better than the exhibits.
We wont be back for a long time.
