When we checked in the hotel registrar told me that we were upgraded to a suite and we were so thrilled but then when we got to the room it was just a bed, desk and a chair. No biggee. The bathroom was small and nothing special. But the location was fantastic due to our just having to cross the street to enjoy dinner at Mortons Steak House and shopping galore! The staff was fantastic and very pleasant.

Excellent Location, Older Hotel...You can walk to everything and due to its history a neat place to stay, however the rooms are small and the amenities are limited compared to other major hotels...

Great location. Good bed. Bathroom poorly maintained (leaky faucet, crackd and missing tile, door handle unatacheted) I expect a nice bathroom for the price.

poor in all aspects, except for location. They need to be more service oriented, make sure that suites are clean and because they are expensive, we expect great accomodations for the price we are paying.

If you try to find a four or five star quality of service, the hotel Westin St. Francis is definitely NOT in this category at all. Not even two stars. The hotel might have nice amenities and being famous in the past, but as far as the the guest service concern, I have never seen such ignorant or careless staff. THEY FAILED ON BASIC 101 CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. Your money will be well spent on Hyatt to get a real world class treatment.I will not recomment my corporate clients or friends to this place at all. It seems like a pattern and NOT a coincidence event.

The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were very small. At 8am I was unpleasantly woken by the sound of a vacuum cleaner. I'm not sure if I will return to that hotel.

had an amazing time at the hotel.Dined in the wonderful oak room, great food, unique atmosphere, created by the piano player. Excellant location, very central. Staff were very polite, friendly, and proffesional. Marsha Monro epitomises this. she is a manager who very kindly gave me and my family a tour of the hotel, she made us feel so welcome, and rounded off an unbelievable holiday.
