Certainly the 'heavenly bed' but it is a nice mid rise, a decent lobby bar, great restaruant, for a mid priced hotel. It is near LAX, and close to beaches.

I have stayed there several times and the overall service has been a good experience. The rooms are nice and comfortable the only thing some are well maintain and others are ignored. I have stayed in different floors and can't quite make out where the best rooms are. Room service has been excellent. The only thing is that parking is kind of pricy.

The hotel is very convenient to LAX. Has superb, quiet and tastefully decorated rooms. Coffee service in room as well. The bed, sheets, pillows and comforters are a definite plus. Slept like a baby. Wake up service right on time. Staff courteous and obliging. The area is a main street, nothing of note nearby. Great hotel for a night or two while transiting.

We only stay at hotels in this category if offered a good rate because we just want a nice quiet place to sleep and hardly ever take advantage of other amenities. The facilities were very nice and well kept and the staff was very courteous. The location was perfect because of its proximity to the airport and the car rental we used was less than a block away. Check-in was fast. The room for our 9-day stay on the 4th floor overlooking Century Blvd was spacious and clean. The bed was unbelievably comfortable but the traffic noise was very noticeable. In fact, it was worse than the air traffic noise. The first 2 nights the complimentary newspaper was automatically delivered to our door but after that we had to call the desk to get it. One day we left at 10 A. M. but when we returned that night the room had not been cleaned. We used the express check out, which was great. Finally, hotel parking was a little more than the other hotels. (I have stayed at 2 other comparable hotels near the LA airport.) Overall, this one was very nice and I would definitely recommend it.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at the Westin. The only drawback was the price of parking ($14/night). Other than that, the bed was marvelous, the shower was luxurious. The people at the front desk were very courteous.

Readers should be aware they have to pay $14 per day for parking. The best part of the hotel was the lobby and the rest was just so so. The rooms were old and the furniture pretty worn out. We notice the coat hangers were oily and the door handles to the bathroom were also oily. There were some amenities but the towels were cheap and the carpets old. The room we had was facing the airport so it was pretty noisy all day (try to get a room facing century blvd). This hotel had a four star rating but only deserves a two.
