A nice place to stay. Room was somewhat small, but on upper floor so it was quiet. Bed was wonderful. Burn marks in the floor though. Does not have Heavenly Bath amenities. Overall, a nice hotel for the price.

The bed was so comfortable, the food from room service delicious, it was clean, staff was friendly. If the need arises I will definately stay there again.

Here's another starwood chain that lives us to its standards. Rooms are immaculate and beds are "heavenly" as promised. Bathrooms are however standard, nothing fancy. Starwood members get the use the business center for free allowing you to use the internet and printers for free. There's also a gym for guest - a really decent sized gym with free weights and machines. Also, a pool in the couryard. When booking this hotel, ask for the room that faces the main road - not the runway. Even with double paned windows, you'll hear every flight that comes in. There's a section of rooms that run parallel to the runway. Parking costs about 12/night and guest will get in and out priveleges. A decent hotel if you're in town for business in the lax, el segundo area but it may be a bit too comfy and pricey for those in transit.

I stayed at the Westin near LAX recently while researching a move to L.A. I
noticed it was possible to get cheap rooms near the airport, and the places
I wanted to see looked relatively close on the map. What I didn't
realize is that things are *spread out* in L.A., there's a lot of
traffic, and the airport isn't really close to anywhere you'd want
to go. Of course, it was at least $40 a night cheaper than other more
convenient locations in L.A., so if you're looking for a cheap,
comfortable way to stay in L.A., this could be a great choice for
you.
In spite of the so-so location, the Westin was a nice place to
stay. The Heavenly bed *was* pretty heavenly, and the staff was helpful.
The hotel and rooms themselves were pretty average. Nothing spectacular. I
would definitely pick a more central location next time!

I am a frequent guest at the Westin Hotel at LAX. It very close to the airport and has a 24 hour shuttle to the airport which is very convenient. The guestrooms are comfortable and provide a full range of amenities but it's the fitness center and pool that puts this property over the top for me. Very handy for a guy on the road.

There's no better place to conduct business than The Westin at LAX. A combination of charming ambience with state-of-the-art technology, including High Speed Internet Access in guest rooms and world-renowned Westin service.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. It's conveniently located near LAX. The area is reasonably safe, but you'll need to drive anywhere you want to go (such as food or shopping). The Heavenly bed is great to sleep in. I prefer Westin for that reason.
