My two week stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The concierge was extremely helpful. It's close to Penn Staion Metro stop & a bus line stops in front of hotel. The location is much quieter than the Crowne Plaza on 49th St. However, the rooms are smaller. In addition, there aren't as many restaurants around.

I also stayed at the Crowne Plaza on 49th St. on a previous New York trip & I think both get a #4 overall rating. One advantage to staying at the Crowne Plaza UN is that Penn Station is open at all times. The Metro stop for Crowne Plaza on 49th is closed at certain times of the day & night.
