I was expecting great things from this hotel, especially for the price and the fact it was a Westin Hotel. My stay around the Easter weekend turned out to be the worst hotel experience ever. First I had to change rooms with the construction noise across the road. The room I then ended up having on the other side of the hotel had so many problems and staff did not care. I had people walk in on me on my second night - they gave another room key out to someone and double booked the room, no apology. I had a phone line that did not work for 3 days and I complained to the reception and concierge several times only to finally be told someone had accidently blocked it. On my last evening I had 4 phone calls from reception from 8.30pm onwards and cleaners asking when I was going to be checking out and had a knock at my door with housekeeping wanting to service my room at 9.30pm. Many other problems with the room and to end off a perfectly awful stay they charged me twice for my stay and took a week to refund it. Never again....

We stayed there for a week and it was so fun!!! We were there right before the Oscars and we saw many Hollywood Stars! We even got to take a picture with Don King! The only complaint was with our dining experience. The food was way over priced, took forever to get to us and when it came to us it was cold!

The general feel of the hotel was lacking. There was no need for all of the garbage thrown everywhere. There was liter, trash, and cigarette butts that no maid would clean up, which gave the place a bad smell and a unfavorable visit. Please, by all means, avoid this hotel at all costs.

The Century Plaza is by far one of the most loveliest hotel I've ever stayed in. The all whire rooms were quite charming & the service was simply splendid. If our conference is ever sheduled to come back to Los Angeles, I certainly hope we book here. I had a great time!!

A pricey area to stay, but if you want comfort and a little quite time in the hollywood, santa monica area, this is the hotel. The parking lot the this hotel is located towards the back of the hotel. This is for self park and is a lot cheaper than valet. All rooms have balconies, those that over look the street are pretty quiet, but on week nights, you may get some residual noise from the lobby bar which tends to be really popular. This is a better quality hotel than most Westin's and it lives up to the starwood brand name.

Though we live close by, my wife and I deceided to sneak away for a romantic weekend and decided to pamper ourselves and check out the new spa at the Westin Century Plaza Hotel. The spa offered a totally relaxed environment set amidst acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, with rare tropical plants. Ths treatments were excellent and after a long day of relaxation, we decided to have room service on our balcony and enjoy the sweeping views of the skyline. A wonderful stay that we would highly reccommend to anyone who needs a weekend of relaxation!
