A rare burst of authenticity in Vegas
Steak House in Circus Circus is like the best steak house in your neighborhood: great food, reasonably priced (esp. for Vegas), leather booths, dim lighting and a glass-enclosed room where slabs of beef the size of Cadillacs are in full view. You would pay twice for a similar meal at a Bellagio, Venetian or other newish "mega-resort" on the strip.
