Great Restaurant

I have eaten in Fujiyama a number of times over the last few years; unlike the previous reviewer, I have always found the food to be extremely fresh and very good. It really isn't possible to do sashimi or sushi without really fresh ingredients, and both are done very well here. The teppanyaki / hibaci chefs are very entertaining. The only downsides, for those who have not been before are that like nearly all Japanese restaurants, it is not the cheapest food you'll get in town; and some might find sharing a large table around a hotplate with strangers a little odd at first.

fantastic experience

Fresh colourful food cooked in front of you by an entertaing chef, great atmosphere. the buffet royale is a must

Ok restaurant

I have been to this restaurant. As a japanese restaurant, food should be the finest and freshest quality, but I can't get it from Fujiyama and the price is not worth it.
