A little jewel

I visited sicily as a destination on a med cruise and it has to be said it is the dark horse of the italian islands! Arriving in the capital Palermo, the views of the mountains are beautiful. Palermo is a city full of culture and its surroundings are amazing. We visited a beach just outside the city, which was breathtaking, it looked like something taken from a holiday brochure, with its white sands and crystal clear waters, it could have been mistaken for the carribean! A visit to the country is a must see, even if its just passing through!
