Overall

Our whale watch trip was canceled due to the weather condition and we had only received a refund of $54.60 instead of $56.60. Also the parking infomation on their web site was misleading. I parked at Post Office Square, "according to their web site" it's a validated parking garage. However, I was told at the ticket booth that day, the only validated garage its the Harbor Garage. And there is nothing they could do for me. I got there early "according to their web site" to pick up the ticket. By the time there was someone there to tell me the trip was canceled. I went back to the Post Office Square parking garage, I had to pay the full day parking fee of $35 for nothing. We come all the way from south Florida and that's the kind of service we got from a big city like Boston. I wonder what kind of business they are running there. Besides the aquarium is too small, not worth to pay the admission plus the expensive parking fee! Just a rip-off!
