Sight for Sore Eyes
I went with a school organization the year after 9-11, and sang at her feet. It was such an experiance, I will always remember how the New Yorker's stopped and cried as we sang about our pride in our country.

despite being a lady of the free, she is also quite a stair trip. no thank you, i didn't sign up to become an american citizen just so i can walk up some stairs.

i seen on from whut i read is the all time best ever. i wannted to see the statue of liberity for along but my day will come one of the days lol.. well i like the statue of liberity. and i hope other people will be thankfull that it repeants in are united states!

breathtaking! I have always wanted to see this since I was a little girl, and I wasn't disappointed, although I would have loved to go inside. Looks smaller than you imagine. Took a helicopter ride around Manhattan and circled the statue, absolutely amazing, don't miss Ellis Island (on the same cruise) you can really feel the history there.
