I love it!

I loved it, Ive been there before quite a few times because I love it so much. Its a must see for anyone whos just loves hot,beautiful and fantastic locations!

Impeccable

My overall rating for this resort is FIVE STARS all the way! I did not mean to give it one star and can't figure out how to fix it.

From the moment we arrived we were pampered by caring and attentive staff persons. Each staff person, whether waiting upon us at a restaurant, or merely passing by on a pathway, smiled and said hello. Every need was met promptly and with care. Noone ever gave the slightest indication that any request was unimportant or unreasonable. I cannot say enough about the incredible service.

The rooms were nicely appointed and scrupously maintained. The beds were covered with fine linens and almost too large pillows. Our room was equipped with a gas fireplace, two armchairs with a learther ottoman, desk, and of course king sized bed. The walk-in closet had ample space. The bathtub, although not a whirlpool tub, was large and had a handheld, wallmounted shower spray - a very nice touch.

My experience at the spa was wonderful. However, it was not the best environment I have encountered, however. The waiting lounge was lackluster with few amenities. Also, there are no jacuzzis, hot or cold, even near the spa. They are only located in the pool area, which although not far, is not in close proximity to the spa. I was informed that they are planning to remodel the spa and hopefully improve upon these shortcomings. The pool area was fantastic with a children's pool, adult only pool, general area pool, and hot tub.

The food at the resort was delicious and perfectly prepared. The Acacia restaurant offers Kobe beef tenderloin. I wondered why they offered me a steak knife when the butter knife was more than adequate for this exquisite meal.

The relaxed elegance of this resort provided a moving experience. It was incredible.
