The bright, French-style villa entrance stands out on a less than colorful street. The Villa unfortunately stops at reception. A spiral staircase leads to a Vietnamese restaurant while the lift can take you to eight floors and 33 rooms in total. The accommodations are fairly standard with satellite televisions and mini bars. The daily rate is a little expensive for its simplicity, but it is located outside the Old Quarters, so you can get a more peaceful sleep.
