Don't leave home without your confirmation letter from Hampton!!

DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT YOUR CONFIRMATION STATEMENT..U may find your self somewhere that you donot desire!!I didnot stay at the Hampton Inn Bay st. After arriving to hotel i was well pleased UNTIL the clerk said i was at the wrong place,I was sadden cause i repeated called and asked that my confirmation letter be emailed,i asked 3 different times,and was told it would be sent,well it WASNOT...and now i know why..it was cause they had reserved a rm in midtown,a far distance that i wanted to be from river st. and it looked like a Motel 6,I feel Hampton deliberly reserve the wrong Hoteladdress i ASKED for Bay st's,and i am Very disapoited and will NEVER stay at another Hampton again,simply because i lost trust in them.

Gracious People

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to any where. Looking forward to returning and spending time with the gracious people of Savanah.

I will be going back soon

From the time we parked at the inn we did not need to back into the car until we left. The location, staff, and service is amoung the best that I have encountered. If you would like to see old Savannah this is the place to stay.
