What can we say! Fantastic hotel, the staff, food, how clean the hotel is, everything. This was booked for our honeymoon and of course we informed the hotel of this about a month before our visit. What a lovely suprise we got, from the moment we got to the airport we was looked after so well. The booking in was easy and we was upgraded, our own butler, bottle of wine each evening etc. We had total relaxation all the time we was there, it can be expensive to eat but come on you dont go to a hotel of this standard and expect any different. This really was a special time for us and all the staff made it extra special. Try the speedboat trip highly recommended! Ladies do no worry too much about the dress code, infact it is more strict for the men in the restaurants. Just try it and enjoy. Rod and Wendy Warwickshire
03 Sep 2007 | A Yahoo! UserFrom the minute we set foot in Dubai, we were treated like royalty. They promptly collected us from the airport and led us to two white BMWs where we were cooled down with towels and water. The drivers were extreemly friendly and helpful and our journey to the hotel even had a little tour on the way. When we arrived there, we were given lovely drinks as we sorted out the checking in in the Club Building. This level of kindness was given to us throughout the fortnight that we were there. The concierge and the bell boys were always ready to help. In fact, they were so helpful, we felt as though we were leaving family behind when we checked out. Excellent restaurants even though a little pricey. The breakfast buffet was exquisite and the kids enjoyed their activity clubs immensely. Marvellous! The only let down was the number of British people! Sort of killed the atmosphere...
