Stayed here March 07. Booked Royal Service Level. E mailed ahead requested sea view quiet location. E-Mail was acknowledged but not acted upon. Was allocated room facing Marina, kept awake all night by disco from accross road and by workmen drilling and banging. English is lost in translation and non smiling staff obviously inexpereinced in customer care as when complianed was told it was beyond their control. Shame as location is good and breakfast excellent-would not stay here again-plenty of competition out there that can do better. Staff are a big let down.
