Great hotel - awful food
The position is terrific and the hotel generally well appointed but the food is awful. For instance, ice cream is served in a cardboard cup. There is no finesse to the food which is a huge surprise given that Benahavis is loaded with wonderful restaurants. You generally sit alone in the dining room in the evenings because everyone is out having good food in the village.
