Rooms are spacious, functional and free from unnecessary clutter. A tam bau (traditional musical instrument with 36 strings) plays over speakers, calmly filling the corridors with its oriental charm. Le Quoc Viet, the rooms division manager, is the man you should talk to if you want to hire Hanoi's only stretch-limousine, which sits majestically at the hotel entrance.
