Not up to Crowne Plaza standards

The hotel was understaffed and the personnel undertrained (especially in English). \n- Upon checking in, my personal information was mixed up with that of another person (wrong address and nationality), which I had to correct. \n- I was given a smoking room when I had specifically requested non-smoking. (I did finally get a non-smoking room). \n \nThe room décor is 1970's, with the rooms being rather shop-worn and in need of remodeling. \n \nBroadband access in the rooms is exorbitantly expensive (60 dirhams per hour). Fortunately, the Business Center has far more reasonable access rates and very helpful and courteous staff. \n \nThe on-site Italian restaurant served inedible food. One member of my dining party refused to eat it. \n \nWhile the location is good, that's all I can say for this place.
