Disappointing

This hotel should be listed as a one-star facility at best. The location and room size are great, but everything else is sub-standard. \n \nTheir customer service should be called customer disservice; the staff are VERY slow to react, and the manager was even confrontational. \n \nThe bottom line is, I could NOT recommend it. The only guests who would benefit from the hotel are people who need lots of space (large families, for example) and who do not care about being treated very poorly and unprofessionally.

We will recommend this Hotel any day!

We had an excellent time staying at Windsor. The suite was clean, spacious and the staff were very friendly. It's priced competitively and there was free breakfast (which I believe, was a promotion). It's located on the parkway and with easy access to the attractions. \n \nI will highly recommend Hotel Windsor and will stay there again at my next visit there!
