This is an elegant five-star resort, situated in Cancún's resort area, close to the Convention Center, restaurants, shopping centers and nightlife. Killer Views!

This is a good hotel with excellent views of the ocean,city, and the lagoon.If you decide to stay here, pick the oceanview with balcony.When I checked in,they were giving me the lagoon view, and that I have to wait for God knows when the oceanview room will be available.I paid for oceanview and didn't want the lagoon view.Be careful of this trick.I've been in Cancun many times and they always pull this trick on me.This time I knew what to do.Be firm and don't settle for less than what you paid for.The rooms are pretty decent and clean.Hyatt is walking distance to most night life activities.Very convenient.

hyatt cancun regency

i thought this hotel was awesome i think anyone who comes to cancun should stay there.. i was there in june.. the pool was great the staff was great.. the only thing was that there was no beach ... other then that it was great...
