Could not fault it

It was clean and friendly. The service was excellent. They did not charge extra for room service. Clean Linen daily and all toiletries replaced on a daily basis also. Tea & coffee making in the room and borttles of water also supplied.

A holidays home that let you fell the diffrent kind of asia foods ..,a relaxing room that more then just sun and sea...

tis is the only hotel in malaysia that i ever support and look off..coz of the equipment and ASIA foods that being provided..,a delicious and a lovely chinese restaurant "SHANG PALACE" that bring you back to the feeling of having a traditional chinese foods inside a 60th century restaurant.

Shangri-La Golden Sands

Overall, a pleasant, clean hotel. Modest, and nicely appointed rooms. Poolside tiki bar is nice. Italian restaurant on-site is good. Picturesque beach. Western breakfast is good. Hawker stall shopping in the evening on the street.
