Fantastic

Hotel was Brilliant. Staff friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Beach was gorgeous, beautiful turqoise blue water and soft white sand. Would definately go back to this hotel and to cuba again

Poor Quality

This is the worst hotel of of its class. The staff espeicially the reception & concierge staff were rude & unhelpful. The food was the worst ever. Based on Sandals Hicacos, I would never recommend a Sandals Hotel ever. Night entertainment was the only good thing about Sandals
