This hotel has been awarded 4 stars and a palm by the tourist office. Situated in a former private residence in the St. Jean quartier, this hotel is splendid and utterly exemplary of Old Lyon. Guest rooms include double rooms and guest apartments, all with Satellite TV, radios and minibars. The hotel restaurant has a notoriety which is as large as it is justified. To be convinced, let yourself be tempted by Crispy Lamb with dried apricots and coriander, or Fried Red Mullet with lentils. It is true that this kind of restaurant does not suit all budgets, but it is worth close attention.
