Only a Last Resort

All of the windows on all balconies were extremely dirty and very noticeable when pulling into the parking lot and even more so once inside our rooms.The rooms were in need of refurbishing. Drapes old and dirty looking, furniture quite marred, etc. \nWe entered the restraurant the next morning when they opened and the food for the breakfast buffet we found to be even less than room temperature. The eggs and meats were cool and the potato's in the center were refrigerator cold. We did request a refund for two of the meals that were not edible and we given that refund however the wait staff was rude in talking loudly away from us like we couldn't hear. \nThe bar was just OK but nothing like a sports bar should be that is especially across the street from two major sports complex. Would only stay there again if nothing else was available. But certainly would not eat there ever again.

Good experience

We stayed at the hotel while visiting family and attending a sporting event. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to everywhere we went. I would stay here again.
