Ruined the mood

A small group of families recently stayed the week-end here and our experience was less thann desireable. The dining service was poor and there was great confusion on whether the kids ate free off the kids menu or 1/2 price off the other menu. We had an issue on our dinner check which we tried to resolve and ended up more unhappy as the hotel argued it with us during breakfast. They charge a facilities usage fee on top of your room charge plus charge if you want to fish. The pool was filthy.

Top of the line

Beautiful resort with great amenities. The service is fantastic and the food is five star. The views are tremendous over looking a lake and mountains. All the leisure activities you can ask for!!
