In a city where superlatives reign, Stratosphere Hotel Casino really deserves a few. It boasts the tallest free-standing observation tower in the U.S. and the world's highest thrill ride

We were in the premier tower and our room was paper thin. We were kept up each night by the people talking in the next room. I was also very dissapointed when I made a purchase from Aqua Massage ( a tower shop ), and they would not issue me a refund when I realised they had mislead me. The hotel would not help to resolve my issue either. They simply said they were not affiliated. The coupon book was useless and the hotel location is too far from the rest of the strip. I would not recomend it!
11 Apr 2008 | A Yahoo! UserI never got to check into the hotel. They lost my reservation, your company attempted to correct the error but they couldnt do anything. In the end I wasted 5 1/2 hours on the phone w/your company and had no hotel to stay in. I e-mailed your complaint department and never got a reply. If I do not hear from someone from your company by Monday, I will be sending a letter to the better buisiness bureau and e-mailing everyone I know and I will advise them how horrible yahoo travel is and how you screwed up my vacation.
