Next time I hope to stay longer

Fabulous eateries and shopping. Hotel clerk made a mistake on booking room, but manager corrected it. Overall, it was a great stay.

Don't go there.

I called 3 times to make a reservation for several people and for several days. When I asked for a manager, they would not transfer me with telling them why. I hung up called back and asked for the General Manager's office. Guess what, I got voice-mail. I left them one telling them they lose. My collegues and I will be staying elsewhere. How frustrating and incompetent.
