Very good hotel we enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed in hotel for 4 days and we like it so much that we want to be back again. Personal was very polite and helpful. Hotel has a lot of restaurants we were not able to visit them all because of the very short stay. Every evening live music in the lobby and live jazz in one of the restaurant. We didn’t visit swimming pool but we have seen it and it looks very nice. The hotel is in the middle of downtown 15 minutes walk to KLCC and maybe 25 to KLTV. So in general we liked this hotel and want to be back.

poor service with higher price

plz upgrade the hotel standard. make sure the front office staff really friendly with the customeer. very sad to have abad experince with one of the staff at front office who are very rude and not friendly
