This is an ideal place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. This German—owned and managed hotel has 12 beautiful, cosy rooms, all with marble—flooring and decorated with a collection of Balinese and Thai artefacts. There are no telephones, televisions or Internet access in any of the rooms as the theme is a complete breakaway from city life. If you enjoy swimming, take a dip into the hotel's pool, or better still, there is a beautiful, pristine beach just a few steps away from the hotel.

Highly recommended hotel.

The hotel is located on the south-east part of Langkawi Island, very close to the international airport. Small 2 flour villas are scattered along the beautiful white beach. The territory of the hotel is well thought-out for relax and entertainment. Two swimming pools located in the different part of the hotel, besides the swimming pools two natural lakes create this wonderful atmosphere of coziness and painfulness. \nThree restaurants for your convenience are located in central part of the hotel serve you with a variety of local, Thai and European food. Every evening two live bands are welcome you in one of the hotel bars with a huge choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails. \nHotel travel guide can organize your next day tour, a big choice of trips can be booked straight in the hotel, or if you want to go on your own you can rent a car for a very reasonable price and explore the island yourself. \nWater sport center provide you with popular water sport activities. \nIf you like highs peed, wind and water Jet Ski it is what you need, burst of emotion and positive supply for the rest of the day or even more. \nThe atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and relaxing. We want to be back and recommend for a visit. I’m sure you’ll like it.

would love to be back

this hotel was recommended by a few friends .the stay was wonderful and the food was good.the rooms were excellent and very comfortable.the beach was clean and neat on the western side the eastern beach was not good and had jelly fish and seashells on it.the western beach had watersports which were enjoyable

Highly recommended resort

This resort was recommended by a few friends who had stayed there and it certainly met my expectations of a 4-star resort. Our sea-facing room was sufficiently spacious and breathtakingly beautiful, though the view of the ocean was somewhat partially blocked by the palm trees. The designer pools were really pretty and very soothing on the eyes. If my daughter had been a bit older (she was only 6 months old at that time), I'm sure she would have enjoyed the little slide at the children's pool.
I was also very impressed by the service which was warm, friendly and helpful. On our last day, my husband wasn't feeling well and couldn't leave our room to have breakfast at the restaurant. So, I went alone for the buffet breakfast, and asked if i could just pick out some food for him and bring it back to our room (on my own). The staff were very obliging and actually arranged to have it sent to our room, all nicely wrapped and arranged on a large tray.
Another example of their impeccable service: Our check-out was at noon but our flight would only be leaving in the evening. Our request for a late check-out was not granted, and understandably so, as it was the peak season. As my husband was unwell, we had to scrap our initial plans for some more last-minute sightseeing. I asked if there was any suitable room for us to rest while waiting to go to the airport (even a prayer room would have sufficed). The staff actually arranged for us to rest at a special room - can't remember what it was called...the hospitality room, maybe? - free of charge. The room was fully furbished just like the rest of the resort, clean and comfortable. My husband and I would never forget this kind and caring gesture. We are going to Langkawi again soon and are planning to return to Pelangi - for the service, the ambience, the gorgeous designer pools, the large beach and the beautiful interior design of the rooms.
