Billed as a city resort hotel, the Westin stands on the tip of the reclaimed area that encompasses the Cultural Center of the Philippines, the Philippine International Conference Center and the World Trade Center. From the oceanfront rooms, guests have uninterrupted views of the romantic Manila Bay sunset. Built to accommodate delegates to an International Monetary Fund conference in the 1970s, it functions as a convention hotel while staying true to its resort promise.

Somethings are missing?

3 stars

The rooms where we stayed in did not have slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. \nAlso, during my first bath in the toilet, the warm water that came out from the shower (and faucet) was murky/rusty. I had to let it flow for some minutes before I finally decided to take a shower. Well, I did not also see an exhaust fan inside the toilet so after taking a bath, the mirrors were all covered with steam (from the hot water). \nMoreover, when we checked the bills on TV, we were charged with something like P550. Huh?! We did not watch any movie taht night. \nNevertheless, the reception and dining areas looked neat. Oh, I did not like the elevator when it stopped. Are there no complimentary newspapers?
