Although this is basically an inner-city hotel, it is insulated by office buildings, making it quieter than most. The rooms are fairly standard as far as size and amenities offered, though the deluxe twin for JPY23,000 is certainly recommended if you can splurge. Other notable features include a 10 percent discount for hotel members, three restaurants—one with an excellent breakfast buffet—and non-smoking rooms.
