14 Aug 2007 | A Yahoo! UserExcellent standards for a budget hotel. The location is fantastic and meant it was a short walk to all the theatres. I would definately go back.
05 Jun 2005 | A Yahoo! UserI'll start with the good and finish with the bad. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Its in the central part of London and was a short walk to Trafalger Square for New Years. \nWhen I walked in the room I was hit by a grotesque odor that put me in an uncomfortable mood from the first 10 seconds of being in the room and the same foul oder haunted me in my sleep as if I were in a delapidated haunted house. There wasn't a telephone in the room. I've been in many countries in Europe and all hotels that I've stayed at had a telephone in the room. When I looked at the bed sheets there was a nasty brown color on them which indicated to me that the cleaning lady had a mud wrestling competition on them the night before. When we left to check out they didn't store my bags for the rest of the day so we had to go sightseeing with 60kg of luggage until 7pm when we had to go back to the airport. This has been by far the worst experience I've had in a hotel in London or Europe for that matter and I will never go back to this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone in their right mind.
