This is the place!

5 stars

My friend and I were overjoyed with our accomodations here and the great location. Even though we booked the most basic room, we had a corner one overlooking both the Plaza de España and the Gran Vía. The room was spacious and extremely well main-tained, as was the rest of the property. For example, one morning we noticed that one of the mirrors in the elevator had been broken during the night, and the next day it was fixed. We never tried the restaurant but both it and the bar looked very nice. This will be my place to stay every time I'm in Madrid. Try it!

Bueno Crowne Plaza

Accommodation excellent. Staff, food, and service beyond expectations. Overlooked the Plaza. Stayed an extra two days.

My favourite hotel in Madrid

5 stars

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel. The room we were put into initially was small but we were moved upon request to a larger room overlooking Plaza de Espana - this was just fabulous. Staff and service were excellent. Think I will always book this hotel on my trips to Madrid unless I get rich and can afford the Ritz!
