Really Disappointing

We had stayed at the Imperial in Vienna and had been treated so very well that perhaps we expected too much from St Regis. We were disappointed from the moment we entered, the room was wrong, our requirements had been ignored and no one apologised, all they offered us was a 'downgrade - take it or leave it'! Calls for the front desk were ignored, room service was slow, breakfast had to be sent back as it was stone cold! Perhaps it was because we were English as there seemed to be plenty of fawning over US guests! It was a special occasion for us and we had been looking forward to it for so long and it was a great disappointment.

Great

The hotel was very nice. it was very clean and had friendly people. The service was magnifiscent. And i enjoyed my stay. Also the price was teriffic for how good the hotel was.
