Beautiful hotel, unfriendly staff

It is a very nice hotel, but a bit stuffy in my opinion. The rooms are beautiful, very comfortable beds, 3 phones in the room, marble floors in the bathroom. My only complaint would be that the staff is stiff & unfriendly.
